Mama Bliss is a nurturing blend to nourish and restore new mothers. There are herbs or relaxation, nerve soothing, increasing milk flow, toning the womb and balancing hormones. It can hep with mild post natal depression.

Ingredients: Rose Petals, Liquorice, Peppermint, Fennel, Raspberry leaves

Pour boiling water onto 1 teaspoon of tea, allow to steep for 5 minutes, strain and drink.

Drink throughout the day, to support your body during the post natal period.

50 grams loose tea in resealable, reusable or recyclable tin.
